On Tap's Network Operations Centre (NOC) provides a staffed facility with proactive monitoring systems checking all aspects of our network both internally and from external sources to ensure smooth running and high availability.

We have trained Cisco, Microsoft and Linux engineers available 24x7 to ensure the smooth running of all components of our networks.

Our NOC features real-time network availability monitors for each of our Tier 1 backbone providers (KPN, Tiscali and Telianet), as well as our network peers, giving us granular traffic monitoring and advance visibility of potential service affecting situations.
