Consulting
Your project manager will provide up to five hours of consulting services and five hours of project management services to help you develop an internal roll-out plan for your CRM system. This consulting forms part of a formal project plan that is then followed.
We give you full visibility of project status and progress through a dedicated online project management portal where you can see deliverables and communicate directly with the people delivering your solution.
Customisation
As part of the deployment phase of the project, we provide a number of customisation opportunities to get the system tailored to your initial requirements:

Web site integration
Integration with your public facing web site provides a means of turning a response form into an automatic sales leads in your CRM system. We provide:
