Please note that initial setup fees and migration fees are excluded and non-refundable. Due to licensing restrictions, we are not able to offer refunds on wireless or Good Mobile Messaging fees, or for Exchange add-on features, including additional disk space or archiving. Dedicated server and on-site Microsoft Exchange solutions are also excluded.
